Preservative-free eye drops for lipid-deficient dry eye and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction

Hylo-Dual Eye Drops are preservative-free lubricating drops designed to support a more stable tear film in people with dry, irritated or uncomfortable eyes — especially where symptoms are linked to Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) or lipid-deficient dry eye.

Hylo-Dual combines 0.05% sodium hyaluronate with 2% ectoin. Sodium hyaluronate helps hydrate and lubricate the surface of the eye, while ectoin helps stabilise the tear film and reduce tear evaporation. This makes Hylo-Dual a useful option for patients whose tears evaporate too quickly due to poor oil layer quality.

It is preservative-free, contact lens compatible, and suitable for regular use in sensitive eyes. The bottle remains sterile for up to 6 months after opening.
