1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within New Zealand.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 2 PM NZT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing during peak periods.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand):
Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available for an additional fee)
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please use the provided link to track your package.
