Shipping Policy

We are a small business but we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle deliveries.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within New Zealand. 

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 2 PM NZT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing during peak periods.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand):
Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available for an additional fee)

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please use the provided link to track your package.

6. Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at hello@illumeeyecare.co.nz with your order number for assistance.

7. Returns and Exchanges

For information on returns or exchanges, please contact us directly at hello@illumeeyecare.co.nz. We can only accept unused product with undamaged packaging for returns.
